Absolutely.  We would not let reports be issued without first confirming and tying out completely with source data, including bank accounts, credit cards, loans and other relevant sources.

We find that our services are priced very competitively with other small business accounting firms, even though we are providing financial reports lightning fast.  There may be other firms that can beat our pricing, but you may find yourself waiting for weeks or longer until you get your financlal reports.  And time is money.  In addition, our reports have consistently been found to be of premium quality and are highly valued by our clients.

Yes.   Our services vary depending on the scope of the project. We offer competitive rates and will work with you to find a pricing structure that works for you.

Yes, but there are certain key success criteria that may be less prevalent some industries, meaning that the cost to implement may be higher.  On our intitial consultation, we will be able to determine the type of fit your industry might be for both us and for you.

Unfortunately, no.  Some highly complex businesses with special workflows and transaction dependencies do not allow for a Day 0 close.  But those are few and far between.  When we do our initial consultation, we can determine if your business qualifies, and if it doesn't, we may be able to work with you and your team on process improvements that can allow it to qualify.

Yes.  We realize that some businesses or organizations may prefer to pay a lower price per month in exchange for receiving reports on a more normal time schedule, like within the first week of the next month.  So we do offer lower-priced packages for these clients.  Contact us and let's customize a quote to suit your specific needs.
