I'm not a huge fan of the term "Fractional CFO", as if there is something missing or deficient. There is not. You are getting a whole CFO, including all the expertise you need, for only the limited time that you need it.  A small business only needs a CFO for a few hours per week, but needs every bit of the expertise. 

When you go to the doctor, you get all of the doctor, but only pay for the short time that you spend with the doctor.  You don't get a fraction of the doctor!  But, you might think of me as your "Financial Doctor".
